Buffalo Power Solutions, a platform company of Buffalo Growth Partners, today announced the acquisition of Rig Safe Solutions ("RSS"), a commercial and industrial power generation company with offices in Magnolia and Midland–Odessa, Texas. The transaction is Buffalo Power Solutions' fifth acquisition.
Founded in 2012 by Tom Eadie and Jay Eichenberg, RSS sells, services, and rents diesel and gas generators from 20 kW to 2,000 kW. The company supports industrial plants, construction sites, municipalities, TXDOT, data centers, and energy operations across Texas. The business is split between the Magnolia and Midland–Odessa offices.
RSS is led by a seasoned management team, with every manager bringing more than 20 years in the power generation business. Beyond equipment sales and rental, the company provides scheduled maintenance and repair on all major generator brands, load bank testing with on-site management and teardown, diesel fuel polishing, and 24/7 emergency response.
